In store Tool Rentals

Rental times are available during regular Bunches of  Beads work/ store hours. Please call (209) 267-1207 for available times.

Flame working torch rentals- butane micro torch: $10 per hour

Included the use of torch, board and quench bowl, renter must supply other items such as tweezers.

Weller Soldering Torch Rental: $15 per hour

Includes the use of torch with stand, soldering board and quenching bowl. Renter must supply other items such as tweezers, flux and solder.

Jump ringer: $5 per hour

Includes the use of jump ring winder and mandrels.

Disk Cutter: $10 per hour

Renter must supply hammer

Doming blocks with punches : $5 per hour

Renter must supply hammer

Rental Terms and conditions-

All renters must be familiar with equipment being used. A Bunches of Beads staff member will be monitoring all rentals and will gladly review equipment usage and safety. Staff members are not allowed to do the work.

 

Returns/Exchanges

There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned unless items are damaged in shipping or we made an error when filing your order. Shipping charges are not refundable unless items are damaged in shipping or we made an error when filing your order.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a credit or exchange as long as the following criteria are met:

  • You MUST obtain a return authorization number BEFORE retuning any items. ITEMS RETURNED WITH OUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Items are returned with in 14 days of sales receipt.
  • Items are accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt
  • Items must be in new and unused condition. Strand of beads but be intact on there original string
  • Items damaged in return shipping or lost will not be credited or accepted.

ALL DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AND ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT TO START CLAMS PROCESS.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on a first-receipt basis, Tuesday thru Friday (excluding US holidays). Processing time may vary from 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. Orders placed on Friday may NOT be processed until Wednesday. Rush order processing must be requested at time of order. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. However, it is likely that your order will arrive in a more timely fashion. If you need your order by a certain date, please allow plenty of time for delivery, we suggest ordering 2 weeks prior to the date needed.

International shipping

All domestic and international orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority. International orders may take longer to receive depending on whether or not they are held up in customs. International shipping charges cover only the cost of airmail and do not include any additional fees or taxes your government or postal service may assess upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for products confiscated by your government.

$0 – $199 = $5.00 actual shipping cost
$100 – $249 = $10.00 actual shipping
$250 – $499 = $12.00 actual shipping
$500 – $749 = $15.00 actual shipping
$750 – $999 = $20.00 actual shipping
over $1,000 = actual shipping actual shipping
No cost items are shipped for a minimum of $3.00

Orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Global Priority unless otherwise requested.

We do our best to provide you with affordable shipping. Your shipping charge includes: shipping cost & packaging of your order. Since weights and destinations vary from order to order, shipping rates are based on the $ amount of your purchase. Class Policy

Your space is class is not secure until paid in full. Class sign ups can be done in person or by phone. Class sign ups are first come first serve.

A supply list will be given to you at time of sign up for class. Supplies are  not included in the class free unless specified. Please arrange to come to class to pick out your supplies since there will not be time to do so during the class time.

72 hours notice is required for cancellation of a class to receive store credit. Less then 72 hours notice of class will result in forfeit of class fee.
